WHAT IS THE DATE/TIME OF THE ARIZONA WEDDING SHOW?
The Arizona Wedding Show will take place on January 7-8, 2023. The hours are from 9am to 3pm each day.
WHERE DOES THE ARIZONA WEDDING SHOW TAKE PLACE?
The Arizona Wedding Show will be at the Phoenix Convention Center South Building (SE Corner of Washington and 3rd St.) located at 33 S 3rd Street off of I-10 in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, AZ.
HOW DO I GET TO THE PHOENIX CONVENTION CENTER?

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
There are various parking garages and street parking available around the convention center. Prices will vary per lot and meter.
HOW DO I REGISTER TO ATTEND THE ARIZONA WEDDING SHOW? WHAT IS THE COST?
Regular admission is $12 the weekend of the show. You can save $2 off admission by purchasing online early. All admission must be purchased online through a computer or mobile device, there is no onsite box office or cash accepted.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO REGISTER?
Children 12 and under do not need a pass. Their admission is free.
ARE THE PASSES GOOD FOR BOTH DAYS?
Each pass is good for one day. Once a pass is scanned, it cannot be used again. If you would like to come back the second day, you can visit our show help desk in the show lobby to find out more.

ARE THE VENDORS PRE-SCREENED BEFORE THEY SIGN UP FOR THE SHOW?
We do our best to vet each company when they sign up but, we encourage our attendees to get receipts or contracts for the services provided to ensure your purchase is protected. Also, always inquire about their return/cancellation policies up front so you aren't surprised or disappointed should the scenario arise.
